As a business owner, you have goals, but you may not be satisfied with where you are.

You may feel frustrated that your business isn’t farther along.

The one, and only reason your business exists is to be a vehicle to help you achieve your life goals.

I know how you feel. I started my first business almost 39 years ago. It was a great business, except for the fact that I was chained to the business. I didn’t have the freedom I always wanted.

Then needed systems in my business I got the systems in place, but then realized that I needed to become a better leader, in order to find, attract, and keep, the best team members

At each of the growth stages, I needed a different coach.

Once I got that first business, turn key, other people wanted to know how it was done.

So I began coaching and training other business owners. That was 25 years ago.

Since that time, my coaching company became the exclusive, small business coaching company for the legendary Zig Ziglar corporation, I've published 12 books, and we coach and train in over 100 industries in 20 different countries.

Many of those business owners have built phenomenal businesses, and as a result they have more freedom and are reaching their biggest dreams.

As I look back on my career, I realized that the one thing that helped me every step of the way was having the right coach at each level.
