Howard Partridge
Founder and President of Clean As A Whistle - arguably one of the most successful high end cleaning companies in the world. Howard is also the founder of Phenomenal Products that offers training and coaching for business owners around the world.

Santiago Arango
Santiago started his career in the Cleaning Industry at the early age of 17. He began as a technician and worked his way up to Marketing Director. He held almost every position in the company at Clean As A Whistle, before moving to Phenomenal Products.

Aliki Zagorianos
Aliki started at Clean As A Whistle as a part-time Marketing Rep while going to college. After graduating, she became Marketing Manager and then Marketing Director. While there, she led the team to triple referral partner referrals. She is now the Director of The Phenomenal Cleaning & Restoration Community.

Ruth Travis
Ruth Travis holds a degree in Textiles from the University of Tennessee. She began her career in the cleaning industry by founding a diversified carpet and fabric care business, Interior Care, in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1988.
Since 1988, Ruth has written dozens of articles for industry trade magazines. She has served as President of the Society of Cleaning and Restoration Technicians for five terms, President, Vice-President and Marketing Chair of the IICRC and was instrumental in creating or revising many of its current 22 certification Categories, Master Rug Cleaner and Certified Rug Specialists through the Association of Rug Care Specialists.
After fulfilling her duties as IICRC President from 2006-2008, Ruth became the Director of WoolSafe in North America.

Bruce and Joanna DeLoatch
Bruce DeLoatch has been in the cleaning and restoration industry since 1994. Along with his wife Joanna, Bruce ran a cleaning and restoration company for 12 years, commanding the highest prices in the competitive Atlanta, GA market.
Bruce as owner of Cleaner’s Coach, Incorporated has been an IICRC instructor for over 15 years, teaching carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration and odor control courses, as well as a technical consultant to cleaning and restoration professionals. He is a Certified DISC Human Behavior Consultant with a knack for helping people grow personally and professionally.

Kari Dybdahl
Kari Dybdahl grew up in the insurance industry and graduated high honors with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She started assisting in the placement of environmental insurance for the cleaning and restoration industry. Each year she has grown her client base consecutively over 200%, earning her the award of top 3rd insurance broker in America in Insurance Business America.
Kari recently was recognized as Elite Women in Business, Young Gun in Insurance (exceptional insurance professionals under 35) and Hot 100 awards. Dybdahl’s daily tasks include, management, assisting clients place compliant insurance programs, insurance consulting, program development and design, as well as insurance agent training. Today, she works full-time at American Risk Management Resources Network, LLC which is an insurance brokerage firm specializing in insurance placement.

The Circle level is for successful cleaning and restoration companies that are looking for a higher level of support and accountability. You are successful but you want to develop yourself as a leader and you want to train your team. You’ll learn how to get your business turnkey, how to attract the best team members, and you’ll learn from business owners in over 100 different industries. The Circle is a one year program, and requires a one year commitment. The Circle includes the Community, the Club and the Coaching Level.
