"Phenomenal Projects - Leadership at All Levels of the Company"

Replay Session 1 Below...

Hear what Ellen and Howard will be sharing on this phenomenal program.

The day to day work of Leadership is getting stuff done.

Have you ever returned from a seminar, all fired up, and your big ideas and intentions dissolved as the “gotta minutes” and “emergencies” piled up?

Have you read a book on leadership, and committed to changing your approach to team members…only to wonder how to implement that kind of change?  Are you buried under projects and stuff to do…and it seems like your team members aren’t all that busy.

Howard Partridge says, “Leadership requires inspiration and implementation.

Inspiration comes from dreaming, journaling, and asking the big questions.

“What is my purpose?”

“Why should this business exist?”

“What are our goals?”

Inspiration is born from wanting to make a positive difference in the world.  Howard wisely suggests that you write down what you want, and why, to get inspired.  Great leaders are inspired.

Leadership also means getting stuff done.  You can inspire your team with a flowery speech, however they will lose interest if nothing happens.  Your words about excellent customer service and community support and career opportunities ring hollow if your shop is a mess, you’re scrambling for cash and team members are floundering.

So…what to do?
