Meet Your Instructors…
Santiago started with me at just 17 years old. He wasn’t even old enough to go on a truck, so he started in the warehouse filling spray bottles, washing towels and mopping the floor. Today, he has been with me 25 years, and is my right hand man. He is a top business coach who works with my top clients.
Santiago was also responsible for building up my team at my cleaning company.
Jim worked with me for eight years. He was instrumental in helping me develop my now industry-famous Referral Relationship Program. He is one of our industry's most beloved and experienced relationship marketing practitioners.
Johann started with me as an assistant when he was 19 years old. Today he is almost 41 years old, making his tenure over 20 years! He currently serves as Operations Director of my cleaning company and runs a staff of 34 people day in and day out, including overseeing our rug department.
