Dear Ruth, Just taking a moment and thank you so very much for being who you are and bringing your personality, knowledge, teaching style and great experience to this course. That class was just what I needed to finish my shop and it gives me the confidence to follow through. It’s amazing to me how gaining info and knowledge helps push one along. Thanks for your hard work both mentally in preparing this class and certainly physically. It’s is a lot of work that did not go unnoticed. Thanks again!Jay Wilson, The Red Carpet Treatment, Inc.
Hi Ruth, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for a truly wonderful IICRC Rug course that I did with you this week in Surrey. I thoroughly enjoyed it, the knowledge that you passed on was excellent and I think the way you instruct is fantastic. I learned so much even though there was a lot to absorb over the three days and the technician manual you gave is a great item to have to refer to when necessary. I look forward to any other courses that you may run in the UK.John Wilson, Kent Carpet Cleaning Company Limited
